Komunikacija unutar tima
Sa ponosom ističemo da su međuljudski odnosi u našem kolektivu na visokom nivou.
Komunikaciju unutar tima aktivno podstičemo i insistiramo na njoj jer smatramo da je vrlo važna i neophodna. Svako od naših zaposlenih je upoznat sa svim ostalim događanjima i procesima koji se tokom dana dešavaju, iako možda direktno ne učestvuje u njima. Na početku i na kraju svakog dana održavaju se kratki sastanci (dnevni stand-up sastanci po Agile metodologiji) na kojima se sumira šta je plan za tekući dan, u slučaju jutarnjeg sastanka, i šta je danas urađeno u slučaju popodnevnog sastanka.
Na taj način transparentnost unutar tima je potpuna, što obezbeđuje efikasnost i laku rotaciju članova tima između određenih zadataka u slučaju da za tim postoji potreba.
